Walking through a completed home built using SIP construction method, you cannot tell the difference at all!

During Construction, however, there are a few differences:

A Complete Wall System

Instead of a timber frame being constructed from scratch, the wall system comes complete with internal steel frame, insulation and cladding to the internal and external walls. This makes for a much faster process rather than building a timber frame from scratch, wrapping the house, filling wall cavities with insulation and plastering the internal walls!
